Painted Sunrise Saddle Club
January 8, 2011 Meeting

The meeting was called to order at 3:40 p.m. by President Erica Valters.

Secretary Julia Northwick read the minutes to the last meeting. Amy motioned for the approval of the mintues and Martha seconded.

Treasurer Ruth Lundquist reported: Fun Show had a small profit of $10.50 after expenses. She paid the WSCA membership dues of $60 and listed the members who have paid their dues. We now have a total of $400.41

Membership Chair Ruth Lundquist passed out membership forms and asked for dues to be paid.

WSCA: There was a meeting

Royalty: Rachel Lusk competed against 20 contestants at Cham Show. She said it was a lot of work. Congratulations to Rachel for her efforts and representing PSSC in the competition.

Activities: We had Halloween Fun Show at Don Gunness's farm. Thanks to Don and Shelly for all their hard work in hosting the event. We had a great time.

Members voted on possible dates for the overnighter: We voted for the weekend of October 7-9. The cost is $20 a night. There are now electrical hookups, if you wish, at $4 a night. Please contact Laurie or Steve Burgess to sign up for the overnighter.

Sunshine: no report -- all have been well

New Business: Ruth Lundquist passed out website update forms. Please inform her of any changes on your bio.

Amy motioned for the end of the meeting and Laurie seconded. The meeting ended at 4:00 p.m.

We had a great potluck and party afterwards.

Many of us then went to the Hudson Bowl for a party to wish Julia good luck with her internship at Disney in Orlando.
