Painted Sunrise Saddle Club

The minutes to the last meeting were read. Allie Burgess motioned for the approval of the minutes

Allie Burgess reported on our finances: We received membership dues from the Castros. There was reimbursements to Ruth Lundquist of $33.24 for Sunshine. We now have a total of $323.06

The Overnighter is October 7-9. There is a lot of destruction in the St Croix Park. Trees are down and the headquarters was broken into.

Activities Committee:

1. The committee of Don Gunness, Rachel Lusk and Laurie Burgess are working on a date.

2. Tammy Whyte clinic: Erica Valters is gavubg trouble connecting with Tammy.

3. Membership: The Castro family has join the club.

4. Sunshine: Rex Kent and Bob Lundquist

Old Business: Still checking on the checking account.

New Business: The State Fair asked for a donation to help pay for the Judgin Arena rebuilding. Make sure you when shopping at Ace Tack and Pleasant Hill you tell them you are a member of the club so we can get credit for your purchase. Announce your trail rides on our FaceBook page.

Announcements:

Erica announced she has 3 new gold fishes.

Martha motioned for the end of the meeting and Mark seconded. The meeting ended at7:04 p.m.
