May 22, 2011 Meeting

The minutes to the last meeting were read. Martha Northwick motioned for the approval of the mintues and Amy Rastetter seconded.

Treasurer Laurie Burgess reported: We now have a total of $316.30

The Overnighter is October 7-9. We are set.

Activities Committee:

1. The committee of Don Gunness, Rachel Lusk and Laurie Burgess will be planning a July Fun Show and will report back to the club at the next meeting if not before, through e-mails.

2. Tammy Whyte clinic: Erica Valters will set it up.

3. Membership: No Report

WSCA: No Report

Royalty: No Report

Sunshine: Kathy Fournelle and Ken Weise

Old Business: Face Book Administration updated

New Business: Should we setup a checking account for the club itself. It would make it easier to change Treasurers.

Announcements:

Wait until July Fun Show to have next meeting. Julia is home. Cindy got a new horse -- Doing very well. Amy got a new horse, Hennessy.

Martha motioned for the end of the meeting and Allie seconded. The meeting ended at 1:46 p.m.
